GRC 360
Accessibility Statement
Prepared October 9, 2026
We want everyone to be able to use the GRC 360 website at grc360.biz, including people who use a keyboard instead of a mouse, a screen reader, screen magnification or a phone.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We are not there yet in every respect, and the limitations we know about are listed below.
What we have done
- Each page declares its language, has one main heading, and is divided into a header, navigation, main content and footer, so screen readers can move around it.
- A “Skip to Main Content” link is the first thing on every page for keyboard users.
- Every link, button and form field can be reached and used with the keyboard alone, in a sensible order, and shows a visible outline when it has keyboard focus. On phones, the menu moves focus to its first link when it opens, and the Escape key closes it.
- Every field in the Request a Demo form has a visible label tied to it. Required fields are marked. If something needs correcting, the field is flagged and the cursor moves to it, and the form’s own messages are announced to screen readers.
- Images that carry meaning have text descriptions; purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- We checked the colour contrast of every piece of text on every page. Links and buttons stay readable when you point at them: their hover colours meet the 4.5:1 contrast ratio WCAG asks for.
- The site works on phones as well as on larger screens, and you can pinch to zoom.
- There is no video, no audio, and nothing that moves or flashes on its own.
Known limitations
- Some text is lower in contrast than WCAG AA asks for. The white lettering on the gold “Request a Demo” and “Home” buttons (2.98:1) and on the “Learn More” button (3.39:1), the gold “One Connected Platform” heading on the home page (2.98:1), the gold text you type into the form fields (2.98:1), and the bronze lines of text over the dark photo near the bottom of the home page. We are reviewing these colours.
- Zooming on a computer. On a desktop screen the page scales to fit the window, so zooming in up to about 140% makes the page wider rather than the text larger. From about 150% the site switches to its narrower layout and the text becomes larger. The site also does not follow a browser’s own default text size setting. Zooming in on a phone works as usual.
- The keyboard focus outline is blue. It is easy to see on the site’s dark backgrounds but fainter on the light-grey phone menu.
- The spam check on the Request a Demo form is Cloudflare Turnstile, a service we do not control. It normally works invisibly. If it ever asks you to click a box and you cannot, please email or call us instead. Cloudflare states that Turnstile meets WCAG 2.2 AA.
- The site has not yet been reviewed by an independent accessibility specialist or tested by people who use assistive technology day to day.

About this statement
Prepared October 8, 2026, based on checks we made on 8 October 2026 with current versions of Chrome on a desktop computer and iPhone 11. We will update it as we fix the limitations above.
